CSR Activity & COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT

Community development has always been central to SIBEC — not as an afterthought but as a genuine part of what we do. Over the years, our programs have reached hundreds of thousands of people across India and Sri Lanka.

Career Guidance

Through 1,400+ career guidance programs across India, SIBEC has reached over 15 lakh students. We have published 4 career guidance and counselling books — and 4 Braille editions specifically for visually impaired students. 1,000+ Educational Empowerment Awards have been given to educators who go the extra mile for their students.

Education & Skills

200+ students from financially underserved backgrounds have gone through SIBEC's education and skill training programs. 50+ young achievers have been recognized through the SIBEC Young Achiever Award.

Job Skill Training

20,000+ unemployed graduates, college dropouts, and students have completed SIBEC's job skill training programs. We have helped arrange 2,000+ job placements and interview facilitations. An additional 2,000+ college students have received one-year government job training covering UPSC, SSC, and TNPSC preparation.

Small-Scale Business Support

145 small-scale businesses have received funding through SIBEC — specifically targeting entrepreneurs from economically disadvantaged backgrounds who would not otherwise have access to startup capital.

Life Skill Training

8,000+ people have gone through SIBEC's life skill training and wellness coaching — covering psychology counselling, nutrition, and diet training. 3,000+ Masjid Imams from India and Sri Lanka have been trained in family counselling. 2,000+ Life Skill Trainer Awards have been presented to those who carry these skills further into their communities.
